As the new restaurant’s name suggests, Casa Oaxaca Mexican Grill specializes in fare from the Oaxaca region of Mexico, located on the southern end of the country.

“Oaxaca is a city in Mexico well-known for its exceptional food,” the eatery’s website reads. “The Tlayuda is as abundant as the Mole sauces. We make the best Tlayuda in town! Made with a large toasted tortilla, it’s loaded with intense and mouth watering regional flavors.”

Casa Oaxaca Mexican Grill is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The eatery is closed on Monday.
