North Market Bridge Park welcomes newest vendor

While Saddleberk has left the North Market’s Downtown roster (and Preston’s: A Burger Joint is on its way out) a new concept has officially opened its doors at the market’s Dublin hub.

According to a social media post made yesterday, Hai Poké is now open for business at its new home in North Market Bridge Park.

“It has always been in my and Hai Poké’s vision to be a part of the North Market and join our cuisine with that family that brings so much delicious and rich food to Columbus,” co-owner Nile Woodson said in a press release earlier this year. “Not to mention, has such historic roots in the food scene that makes up our city. We’re also particularly excited to reach a new area of Columbus that is so fresh and vibrant, just like our cuisine!”

The new Bridge Park vendor–which is located on the Market’s west aisle, in between Dos Hermanos and Gallo’s Pizza–is offering all of its signature poké bowls, in addition to a handful of new menu items, including new sushi rolls.

The eatery has one other location, at 647 N. High St. in the Short North. This location opened in 2017, and came after Hai Poké operated as a food truck and a pop-up at Oddfellow’s Liquor Bar in 2015.
