Popular Columbus caterer launches new build-your-own taco concept

Who doesn’t want to build their own tacos?

Since the answer to that question is “absolutely no one,” it’s time we spill the beans on a brand new Columbus food concept that allows diners to customize as much as they’d like.

The aptly-named Take Me Tacos, a build-your-own and delivery-focused taco concept, has officially opened for business. Created by Shannon Bowman, the owner of the popular catering company Bentos, Take Me Tacos’ grand opening is today.

A ghost kitchen, the eatery provides delivery and pickup from its location at 1520 N. Cassidy Ave., the headquarters of Bentos.

“People want food delivered. But not all food is good by the time it gets to people, because it was meant to be delivered to a table 10 steps away, not a house 10 miles away,” Bowman said in a press release. “This concept is built specifically to bring fresh food right to your door that is still delicious upon arrival.”

Take Me Tacos will offer delivery from DoorDash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats.
