Popular pizzeria to permanently close Dublin location

Carlucci’s Pizzeria is is planning to close one its two eateries.

The restaurant announced yesterday that its Dublin storefront, located at 5923 Karric Dr., will be closing for good. 

Carlucci’s final day at its Dublin storefront of service will be April 9.

“The state of affairs the last couple years certainly didn’t do us any favors. Despite our best efforts, this is the only sensible course of action,” Carlucci’s said in a statement posted to its social media accounts. “Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way, especially the regulars who got to know us by name and shared their lives with us.”

Fans of Carlucci’s can rest assured that the Carlucci’s Pizzeria in Powell, located at 8757 Smoky Row Rd., will remain open.

“The Powell store is still going strong and we anticipate it will be around for many more years to come. Dublin regulars, go check it out,” the statement said. “You might even see some familiar faces.”
