Sheetz opening first Grandview store today

Sheetz has waited little time time expanding throughout the Columbus area, and now the ever-popular combination gas station and quick-stop eatery has planted its flag in Grandview.

The newest Sheetz storefront, which is located at 744 Grandview Ave., is holding its grand opening today.

Sheetz opened to the public today at 7:30 a.m., with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony taking place just before 11 a.m.

Free self-serve coffee and soda will be available throughout the day.

Sheetz, which was named one of the country’s best regional fast food restaurants in USA Today’s annual 10best Readers’ Choice Awards, opened its first Columbus storefront last spring. The newest location in Grandview is the 14th Sheetz location in the Columbus area, and the Pennsylvania-based company plans to continue expanding in Central Ohio until at least 2025.
