The Cheesecake Girl is coming (back) to Budd Dairy Food Hall

The Cheesecake Girl opened its first-ever standalone storefront in Dublin late last summer, but that hasn’t stopped the popular Columbus confectioner from branching out again.

Budd Dairy Food Hall announced yesterday that The Cheesecake Girl will be taking over Sugar, its rotating dessert kitchen on March 29.

Budd Dairy patrons may remember The Cheesecake Girl’s first stint in the food hall’s rotating kitchen, as the dessert vendor previously operated in Budd Dairy from April 2 until September 12 of 2021.

Currently, Sugar is hosting Bailey’s Drive-in Donuts.

“We are thrilled to be back at Budd and work next to all of the talented chef partners and CMR! We will have some new menu specials along with our best sellers,” owner Samantha Strange said. “We like to say we put the dairy in Budd dairy.”

One of specials Strange referenced is a birthday cheesecake jar with layers of birthday cake and cheesecake, all topped with rainbow sprinkles to commemorate the first anniversary of Budd Dairy Food Hall’s opening.
