This chic new steakhouse concept is coming to Columbus soon

Even though Easton Town Center is about to lose Smith & Wollensky after 25 years, it’s preparing to welcome a brand-new steakhouse concept that will serve as a fine replacement.

That’s because Cut132 is coming to Columbus.

The new concept will be coming to 4188 Brighton Way, located on the first level of the Aloft Hotel. While an exact opening date hasn’t been announced, Cut132 is poised to open in early 2023.

Cut132 plans to offer a variety of wine and cocktail pairings, while cutting back on the sometimes formal atmosphere many similar concepts embrace. The eatery’s website promosies “No stuffy formality, only incredible service, exceptional cuts and stellar cocktails & wine.”

The Easton steakhouse is owned by the Thompson Hospitality Group, which is based in Virginia. According to the restaurant group’s website, Cut132 is hiring for multiple positions.
