Stein Brewing Company is coming to Newark.

The Central Ohio brewery and taproom first opened its doors with a Mount Vernon location in 2017, and tomorrow, Stein will hold the grand opening for its new space, located at 23 W. Church St. in Downtown Newark.

The brewery, which held a soft opening yesterday, will be open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. tomorrow, and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. It will close on Sunday before shifting to its normal hours of operation next week.

Like Stein’s Mount Vernon location, the new space will feature a full restaurant–serving fish and chips, house-made soft pretzels and more–plus a taproom offering 36 draft lines and an RFID card system that allows patrons to pour their own beers and flights.

The new Stein taproom is located within Newark’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, meaning visitors will be able to carry drinks with them throughout the Downtown strip.
