We know we’re not the only ones who can’t bring ourselves to cook on a Friday night. If your go-to takeout spot feels a bit tired, we have some good news: Come June 3, you’ll find a bevy of food trucks parked out in the center of Grove City. Dinner is served.
The Heart of Grove City Food Truck Festival and Shop Hop is slated for 4 to 9 p.m. the first Friday in June in Grove City’s town center. In addition to the food trucks, the event includes a “Shop Hop” with specials from participating local businesses in town.
After you’ve perused some local goods and grabbed a bite from your favorite food truck, you can sit back and enjoy rock and roll outfit Marquis 66 from 7 to 8:30 that evening. The show is part of the Summer Sizzle Concert Series, free events sponsored by the Grove City Parks and Recreation Department.
