Cameron Mitchell restaurants are pairing up with local developer Crawford Hoying to bring an upscale hotel–with a whole lot more–to downtown Dublin.

The boutique hotel, which will be located southeast of the roundabout at the intersection of Riverside Drive and West Dublin Granville Road, will contain a brand new CMR restaurant in addition to multiple other food and beverage concepts, multiple outdoor space, plus a conference and event center.

“After nearly 30 years in business, we are unbelievably excited for our foray into the hotel industry. It was a natural decision to align with our longtime partner, Crawford Hoying, on this endeavor. This will undoubtedly be one of the premier hotels in the Midwest, combining the legendary culinary experience we’re known for with a preeminent hospitality focus,” said Cameron Mitchell, founder and CEO of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in a press release.

No timeline for the project was not shared, but 614Now will provide an update when that information is available.
