Brand new pizza concept opening next month in Dublin

Dublin residents and Northwest Side diners are about to get a slice of the pie.

That’s because Black Dog Pizzeria, a new pizza concept, will be opening its first location at 5923 Karric Square Dr. in Dublin. According to co-owner Jessica Hellainr, who will run the operation alongside partner Nick MacDonald, the new eatery is slated to open by the first week of July.

The 1,350 square foot space will offer several tables for dine-in customers, but Hellainr envisions Black Dog serving primarily as a carry-out and delivery operation.

Part of what makes the new spot unique is its ability to offer multiple styles. “We’re really excited to share our creative take on classic New York and Columbus style pizzas,” she said.

Black Dog Pizza will also offer subs, wraps, wings stromboli and stuffed calzone sandwiches.
