A 23 year old man was injured in a shooting that took place outside of a Short North diner and music venue early this morning.

According to Columbus Police, the shooting took place just after 2:30 a.m. outside of Skully’s Music Diner, which is located at 1151 N. High St.

The shooting occurred after an argument broke out between multiple people waiting in line for a nearby food cart. The victim was shot in the leg.

The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center and was in stable condition, police said.

Last July, a drive-by shooting that took place in front of Skully’s Music Diner left three people injured. This morning’s shooting also follows a pair of Short North shootings that took place in back to back weeks last month.
