The holiday spirit is on full display at COSI.

The museum–which was ranked the top science museum in the country by USA Today in 2023–launched its new holiday experience, called Season of Celebration, on Friday.

Billed as a combination of “science, education and diverse holiday traditions,” this year’s event will be headlined by a massive, 40-foot tree in the museum’s atrium. This won’t be the only unique tree on display, however.

COSI has also brought in 50 different community-decorated trees (including one from yours truly, (614) Magazine), and even ten different trees decorated to represent current COSI exhibits.

“The community trees represent Central Ohio’s diversity, decorated by local nonprofits, businesses and schools. Guests can stroll through the festive space and learn about each organization’s mission and see their creativity,” a press release for Season of Celebration reads.

The holiday event will run until Jan. 7, and included with general admission. Did we mention seasonal drinks like Sugar Cookie Chill and Mint Chocolate Chip Latte will also be available?
