New study from medical marijuana company names central Ohio county is the ‘most relaxed’ in the state
It’s not Franklin County, but another central Ohio county was recently named the most relaxed in the Buckeye State.
A recent study from Leafwell—a company that helps link qualifying patients with medical marijuana cards—found that Delaware County was the most relaxed out of Ohio’s 88 total counties in a recent study.
Franklin County cracked the list’s top 10 spots well, coming in at number nine.

Delaware County posted a total score of 72.5, a mark that no other counties came close to reaching. The second-place finisher, Warren County, had a total score of 60.5. Green County had a score of 53.8 in third place and Franklin County, while still in the top ten, had a total of score of 48.1.
