According to a new study, these are the most popular fast food restaurants in Ohio
According to a new data study from the price-tracking website PriceListo, a burger spot, not a pizza shop, is the state’s most popular fast food restaurant.
The study, which uses data from Google gathered over the last year, bases popularity on the number of online searches a given restaurant received.
The PriceListo study named McDonald’s as the most popular fast food restaurant in the country, followed by Domino’s (11,638,991 average monthly searches) as the second most popular spot. Chick-Fil-A, with 11,239,300 average monthly searches, took third place.

The Buckeye State stayed true to national trends for two of the three most popular spots, as McDonald’s was the most popular in Ohio, with Domino’s right behind it in second place. The third most-popular fast food restaurant in Ohio, according to the study, is Chipotle.
Interestingly, the fast-casual burrito spot didn’t even crack the top five of the nation’s most popular eateries, which was rounded out with Starbucks, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s.
