Wood-fired pizzeria using locally sourced ingredients now open at this popular farm

Blystone Farm, the combination butcher shop, bakery, and event venue, has just added another restaurant concept – a pizzeria.

Along with 34 Centenario, a steakhouse & taproom with a Mexico City flare, Blystone Farm recently opened Branding Iron, their wood-fired pizza concept on July 27th, which is located within Blystone Farm at 8677 Oregon Rd. in Canal Winchester.

Branding Iron chops down their own oak wood on the farm, “to make that perfect pie!” according to Marie at Branding Iron. Their pizzas feature homemade sauces, and the brisket and pork used for their pizzas are sourced directly from the farm. They even have a gluten-free crust option.

Signature pies include the Bianca Margherita, with white sauce, olive oil, pesto, sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese; the Brisket Potato with a BBQ base, fresh basil, shredded pork, sliced roasted potatoes, onions, mozzarella, and provolone cheese, plus many more, in addition to a build-your-own option. Beer and soda are available, as well as liquor in the nearby future.

“We’re open and excited to serve you!” said Marie.

Their hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday, 4-9, Friday-Saturday, 4-10, and Sunday, 4-9. You can reach out to them at 614-567-6025.
