A new Japanese Ramen Bar is coming to Lewis Center.

According to a statement posted to the eatery’s social media accounts, Kyushu Ramen Bar is currently holding the soft opening of a brand-new location, with a grand opening slated for June 1.

The new Kyushu Ramen Bar is located at 6418 Pullman Dr. in Lewis Center.

“We are finally opening after many hurdles and can’t wait to serve everyone,” the statement reads.

The concept is owned by Leon Zhu, and will feature a variety of authentic ramen styles and other Japanese dishes such as Gyoza (traditional Japanese dumplings) and Chashu Buns (steamed buns packed with pork in a speciality sauce), all served in a traditional ramen bar setting.

Kyushu Ramen operates one other restaurant, which is located at 1280 W. 5th Ave. in Fifth by Northwest.
