Breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain opening four locations in Columbus

There’s going to be four more places for brunch in Columbus next year.

Eggs Up Grill, a breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept that’s been rapidly growing their restaurant chains throughout the United States, is slated to open four more locations in the Columbus region, according to a news release. The first one is set to open in early 2024.

So far, eight restaurants have opened in 2023 around the U.S., and another 8-10 restaurants are projected to open by the end of the year. Twenty more locations are currently under development and targeted to open in 2024.

Their menu features classic diner breakfast items, but also elevated brunch staples like Shrimp & Grits, Steak & Eggs, Crab Cake Benedicts, and even burgers, sandwiches, and salads.

The Belle family, native Ohioans who currently own a Firehouse Subs franchise in Columbus already, will be the Eggs Up Grill franchise owners. Paul Belle currently serves on the board of the Ohio Restaurant Association, and he said that he’s looking forward to this new chapter, new growth, and new opportunities for his business, Belle Restaurant Management.

“We couldn’t be more excited to begin this new journey,” said Paul Belle in the news release. “Having a deep understanding of the profitability of a breakfast menu…we knew this was the best breakfast franchise to bring to Ohio.”

Other details, such as exact opening dates and the locations of each restaurant, are yet to be announced.
