Columbus concept behind Bagel Bombs and Not F*cking Box Brownies planning brick and mortar; Here’s how you can help

Although it only officially began in 2022, Bite This by Annie has already secured a wide following among Columbus foodies for her creative reinventions of the classic bagel, brownie and more.

So what’s next for this concept on the rise? According to owner Annie Dickson, a brick and mortar space is likely on the way.

“The time has come for us to spread our wings and make the jump! Today we launch our GoFundMe to help raise money for the very first Bite This Brick & Mortar!! Thank you all for believing in this crazy dream,” an Instagram post from the concept reads.

The GoFundMe did not disclose the exact location of the brick and mortar, but did note that it is located in the Clintonville area.

There are multiple donation levels listed on the GoFundMe. If you can afford the highest level, which starts at $1,001, you’ll receive a handful of Bite This goodies, including a custom menu item at the new store.

Dickson said Bite This by Annie will be located at the Clintonville Farmer’s Market for the rest of the outdoor season, before moving to the indoor Worthington Farmers Market in the winter.
