Craft brewery opens new Columbus-area taproom and restaurant with retro pinball, shuffleboard bowling
The growth of Homestead Beer Co. continues.
On May 1, the Heath-based brewery held the grand opening of its Canal Winchester location. Known as Homestead Beer Co. Taproom & Kitchen, the new spot serves offers both food and house-made brews.
Located at 10 S. in Canal Winchester, the new taproom and restaurant took over the former home of Barrel & Boar. Stan Riley, Barrel & Boar owner, has partnered with Homestead on multiple other ventures as well, including taking over the kitchen of Homestead’s Cherry Valley Hotel in Newark, and by launching a Columbus-style pizzeria out of a Homestead kitchen in Delaware (this location has since closed, however).
