Chicken tender chain & sandwich shop among multiple new restaurants coming to Worthington

An update for the Worthington Gateway Development has been released, and 6 restaurants are slated to join the 7-acre property.

On Thursday, August 31, 2023, Office Brokerage Group announced via Facebook that DiBella’s Subs, Huey Magoo’s, and Five Guys are joining the three other restaurants that have already been announced as joining the development earlier this year: Lion Cub’s Cookies, Maple Street Biscuit Co., and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. These restaurants will be located in the 7105 N. High St. block of Worthington, Ohio as well as right around the corner, in the same development, at 121 Wilson Bridge Rd.

DiBella’s Subs, a Rochester-based sandwich shop known for their subs made with fresh-baked bread, has two other locations in Central Ohio already: one in Dublin, and one in the Lennox area. Huey Magoo’s just opened their first Ohio location recently, and Five Guys has been expanding throughout Central Ohio, as well.

Office Brokerage Group’s website also confirms these soon-to-be restaurants, displaying renderings that show where each one of them will be placed within the development.

The plans laid out on their website aren’t exact, according to their captions, but it seems as if thousands of square feet are still up for grabs. We can only wonder what other businesses will join this new development!
