Here’s what ‘One Bite Pizza’ thought about this Clintonville pizzeria

Sexton’s Pizza wasn’t the only Columbus spot creator of “One Bite Pizza Reviews” Dave Portnoy tried during his recent trip to the Arch City.

Portnoy stopped by the Clintonville pizzeria while he was in town last week (for March Madness and the opening of the Barstool’s Sports Book in the Columbus Hollywood Casino).

On Friday, the show posted an official review of East Coast Pizzeria, and Portnoy had mainly praise for the eatery.

“You know what? I think that’s very fair, calling it East Coast pizza, brick-fired,” he said. “This could live on the East Coast, I don’t think you’d blink, I don’t think you’d think twice.”

He gave the Clintonville spot a score of 7.2. 

While this mark isn’t quite the alleged 8.1 he gave to Sexton’s Pizza, it’s one of the highest scores he’s assigned to a Columbus spot yet.
