Even though an automobile crashed into its front door less than three weeks ago, the popular Clintonville-are eatery is already prepared to reopen.

In a post made to its social media accounts over the weekend, Hoggy’s Restaurant & Catering announced that it plans to reopen on Jan. 25.

Hoggy’s post mentioned Jan. 25 serves as Wing Wednesday for the restaurant.

The crash occurred on Jan. 6. Initially, owner Kyle Turner was unsure of what the turnaround time and associated costs would be, but some quick work by a local company has helped the eatery put together a quick turnaround.

“It’s nice to get back up and running. It was scary for a while not knowing how long this would take but the good people at Mommoth Restoration got us back in 18 days (which originally I was told 2-4 months),” he said. “It’ll be nice to continue to serve our food and continue our journey in making the best bbq we can.”
