“I’m thrilled to finally share that I’m starting a new position as Blending & Barreling Manager at Middle West Spirits,” Davison said in a post made to his LinkedIn account last week.

It’s currently unclear what led to Davison’s move.

According to LinkedIn, he served as Wolf’s Ridge head brewer for 8 years and 11 months, after taking over in August of 2014. The brewery was founded in 2013.

Recently, Middle West announced a massive expansion project that would see it build a large-scale production facility on a 14-acre Alum Creek Drive property just south of Bexley. This would make it the largest production distillery in Ohio.
