National gelato chain serving Gelato Brioche Sandwiches, 70-plus flavors opening first Columbus location this month

A new dessert spot is coming to Polaris Fashion Place in less than two weeks.

According to Polaris, I Scream Gelato will officially open its doors at noon on June 26. Polaris Fashion Place is located at 1500 Polaris Pkwy. The new gelato spot will be located next to Charley’s and Sbarro within the mall.

The concept will offer more than 70 different gelato flavors, including Dulce De Leche, Crème Brûlée, S’mores and many more. It will also offer milkshakes, smoothies, Gelato Brioche Sandwiches, waffles, pancakes and puffles to compliment its gelato.

“The entire I Scream Gelato team is thrilled to bring aboard these two extremely qualified professionals to break ground in Ohio,” said owner of I Scream Gelato Nadav Abergel in a press release. “This is another step in the right direction for our brand as we seek to expand nationally and make a big leap in 2023.”

The concept, which is based in Colorado Springs, currently operates three Colorado locations and one location in Miami.
