New spot for extreme, booze-infused milkshakes opens on Broad

It’s been a long time coming, but Sugar Rush’s anticipated location has finally arrived.

The concept, which began in Reynoldsburg as a spot for custom cakes, extreme milkshakes and other inventive desserts, has officially opened the doors of its new, larger storefront.

The new Sugar Rush is located at 8114 E, Broad St. in Reynoldsburg, two buildings away from the bakery’s current location at 8130 E. Broad St.

According to owner Amanda Miller, the new shop will feature the same indulgent cakes and unique desserts, but will be anchored by its extreme milkshake bar. The bar will offer everything from cookies to cupcakes and macarons as milkshake toppers, and will also allow patrons to infuse the frozen desserts with alcohol.
