Later this week, the Columbus area will be home to a brand-new Flyers Pizza & Subs location.

The Ohio pizza chain, which was originally launched in the village West Jefferson in 1976 (although it went by Tonni’s Pizza until the name was changed to Flyer’s in 1992), announced on Facebook post yesterday that it plans to open a new location at 8220 Refugee Rd. in Pickerington this week.

“Hey Pickerington, are you ready for some Flyers pizza and subs?!?!? We will open the doors at our new Pickerington location on Tuesday, July 25, at 4pm. We look forward to seeing you there,” an announce posted by Flyers to a Columbus Facebook group reads.
