Cafe and sandwich spot ‘struggling financially,’ appeals to social media for support
A local eatery has turned to its customers, and to social media, to help keep it afloat.
According to a recent post made to the Instagram of Zammy’s Vegan Kitchen, the eatery is struggling financially and hoping to raise money to continue serving Columbus.
Last week, Zammy’s created a GoFundMe page in an attempt to keep the vegan restaurant in business.

“We’ve done everything we can to keep our doors open and this is our last chance to save our business,” Zammy’s statement reads.
As of late Saturday, the eatery has raised just under $2,000, and is hoping to raise $10,000.
After posting on Thursday, Zammy’s shared an additional post, thanking customers for their support, as the eatery said many people patronized the restaurant over the weekend.
