For those who can’t get enough of Choripan Argentine Grill, even more of the health-concious South American spot is about to roll into Columbus.

It’s time to meet the ChoriVan.

As you might have guessed, this is the name of the eatery’s new food truck, which should hit the road soon. The van is awaiting a final inspection today, and is expected to begin serving Columbus as early as tomorrow.

The food truck is scheduled to be at the Pickerington Emergency Care Center on April 19 and April 26, Maryville’s Walking Distance Brewing on April 20 and Thornapple Grove on June 7. Check their food truck calendar for more updates.

The ChoriVan won’t boast the same eclectic menu as the concept’s brick and mortar location (which offers everything from Fried Pickles to Argentinian pizza), but it will still serve many of the eatery’s core offerings, including empanadas, sandwiches and several sides.

The South American-focused spot is billed as offering “Gluten-free, Nut-free, Grain-free, Soy-free, Sugar-free, and Seed Oil-free” options.
