A unique new food and drink concept boasting a self-service beverages and house party energy is coming to Columbus.

According to owner Ben Morgan, who also operates Old North Arcade, his new concept Eupouria will likely open next month.

Eupouria will take over the 5,000 square-foot former home of World of Beer, which is located at 1568 N. High St.

Morgan plants to lean into a high-energy atmosphere complete with live music and DJs later in the evenings, in addition to bar activities (DDR, foosball and more) and a variety of trendy outdoor games set up on the space’s pair of expansive patios, including Cornhole, Jenga, Connect 4 and even adult seesaw.

“Our goal is to be the go-to spot for after dinner activities,” Morgan said.

Utilizing a self-service beverage dispensing system, Eupouria will offer 40 taps with craft beer, cocktails, wine and more, in addition to bartenders serving up house cocktails from scratch. The High Street spot will implement a PourMyBeer dispensing system for drinks that utilizes machine learning and cross-platform integration to help manage inventory and pricing.

Small plates, appetizers and shareables will also be served.

According to Morgan, Eupouria is aiming to open in late August, but an exact date has not been announced.
