So long, burgers and shakes: Ivan Kane’s brand-new food concept opens today
We already knew national entertainment entrepreneur and restaurateur Ivan Kane was transforming his swanky Easton restaurant into a pizzeria, but now we know when.
Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce Pizzeria, the new name for the eatery formerly known as Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce, opens today at Easton.
The concept is located on the bottom floor of 3959 Brighton Rose Sq. Ivan Kane’s upstairs speakeasy and burlesque nightclub will remain open.

According to Kane, the new concept is inspired by his upbringing in New York City, replacing the burgers and towering milkshakes Forty Deuce was known for with authentic New York-style pizza.
The pizzeria has received a makeover as well, focusing on dim lighting and an after-hours feel.
Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce Pizzeria will be open today and Saturday from 4 p.m.-2 a.m and Sunday from 4 p.m.-12 a.m.
