This popular Ohio craft brewery has put its anticipated Columbus location “on hold indefinitely”

A new craft brewery slated to open in central Ohio has been put on pause.

Moeller Brew Barn, the craft beer hotspot and restaurant, had plans to open a Plain City location this spring, but according to Rachel Otte, Marketing Manager for Moeller Brew Barn, this location has been put on the back-burner, for now at least.

“We had a few internal changes and this project is on hold indefinitely as we focus on our current taprooms,” Otte told 614Now.

The brewery’s Columbus-area location was originally planned for 101 S. Chillicothe St.

It’s unclear how far along the Plain City location progressed before being put on pause. This doesn’t mean Moeller is out of the picture for central Ohio, but it does mean we’ll have to wait and see how things turn out.
