The new boba concept is located at 876 Bethel Rd., in the former home of Spicy Hop.
Boba at Tiger Sugar is poured by hand, which creates unique patterns resembling a tiger’s stripes once brown sugar syrup is added. The concept’s website describes the indulgent boba tea as “drinkable dessert.”
Founded in Taiwan in 2017, the boba spot quickly began expanding internationally, with storefronts in multiple countries and across 25 US states.
