An artisan butcher shop, charcuterie and wine store is the newest addition to the Evans Farm development in Lewis Center.

Prime & Vine, which is located at 5915 Evans Farm Dr., officially opened for business Oct. 14.

The new Evans Farm storefront is anchored by an butcher shop featuring Ohio-raised Wagyu beef, chicken and pork.

“Our American Wagyu beef comes from our own personal ranch located in Knox County, Ohio.  Our beef is truly a farm to table solution,” owner Jeff Gaylor told 614Now. “We have the cows from birth until they are harvested at our processor in Ashland, Ohio allowing us to insure nothing but the highest quality beef available.”

Additionally, Prime & Vine serves as a “complete wine shop,” offering bottles to go or wine by the glass, with a selection carefully curated by sommelier David Kusz. Visitors will be able to try up to eight glasses at once using the new store’s NAPA Technology WineStation.

Accompanying Prime & Vine’s wine offerings are an array of made-to-order charcuterie boards, which are offered in Italian, Smoked or Spanish varieties.
