Long-standing east side restaurant broken into; Police release surveillance images

Police are on the lookout for a person who was captured breaking into an Columbus-area Chinese restaurant over the weekend.

According to a social media post from Bexley Police, officers are on searching for an individual who was captured on surveillance cameras breaking into Peking Dynasty, a Bexley Chinese restaurant that has served the Columbus area for over 30 years.

Peking Dynasty is located at 2210 E. Livingston Ave.

In a Crime Alert post, the Bexley Police Department shared multiple images of the individual to its Facebook page yesterday. According to Bexley Police, the incident took place on April 8.

It’s currently unclear if anything was stolen from Peking Dynasty. The restaurant could not be reached for comment by the time this story was published. If you have any information about thai incident, contact Det. Fleming at 614-559-4464.
