How Romeo’s Supports Central Ohio One Slice at a Time
There are few foods that are universally loved — pizza is one of them. It brings people together for family gatherings, school pizza parties, community events and more. And that’s just one reason why Romeo’s Columbus created the Pizza with Purpose Program, to bring people together in the name of community.
Through Pizza with Purpose, Romeo’s donates hundreds of pizzas every year to people and organizations that are contributing to the betterment of Central Ohio and beyond.
The program also feeds Columbus residents in need, partnering with organizations like Feed the Kids to make sure no child goes hungry.
“We’re proud to support our community through Pizza with Purpose,” Jeff Van Cleef, Romeo’s Pizza Operating Partner said. “It warms our hearts to be able to give back to Central Ohio in a way that everyone can appreciate and enjoy.”
To date, Romeo’s Columbus has donated hundreds of pizzas to organizations including Columbus Blessing Boxes, Seeds of Caring, Dress for Success, RESCUEDOhio, NC4K, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and more.
“We don’t plan to stop any time soon,” said Van Cleef. “There’s always more we can do to give back.”
