A cherished spot for crispy, Columbus-style pizza, meatball subs, and spaghetti dinners is up for sale after 20 years.

According to the real estate listing, the owners of Sugar Bears Pizza, Lisa & Connie Beatty, are ready for retirement. They’ve owned the Lancaster pizza shop for two decades, and after being in the pizza business since their family started one in 1947, they’re ready to retire.
