After five years, Columbus-area Asian eatery closes for good
Hilliard’s Asian Express has closed its doors for good.
According to a handwritten sign on the eatery’s front door, written in both English and Chinese, the restaurant has shuttered.
“Thank you for your support and love for our restaurant over the past five years. We will always remember our time with you,” the sign reads.”We have permanently closed. Truly sorry for the inconvenience. Merry Christmas!

Asian Express is located at 3762 Fishinger Blvd., in Hilliard’s Mill Run retail center. According to its website, before closing the restaurant specialized in General Tso’s Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Shrimp Pad Thai, Salted Pork and Fresh Bamboo Shoots several other dishes.
It’s currently unclear why, and exactly when, Asian Express closed its doors. The eatery could not be reached for comment by the time this story was published.
