Long-standing Columbus pizzeria launches new location

Halwani Pizza & Stromboli has been serving up pizza, pasta, wings, gyros and more from its Fifth by Northwest location for more than a decade, and now. The kthe eatery has opened a second location.

According to a video posted to Halwani’s Facebook page, the concept recently opened its second restaurant in Hilliard. The new Halwani’s is located at 5425 Roberts Rd.

Halwani’s, which took home the “best pizza in the neighborhood” award in the 2022 Fifth by Northwest Pizza Crawl, has been open since 2010, and serves traditional New York-Style pies, in addition to a handful of unique international recipes. These include the eatery’s Tandoori Chicken Pizza, Shanghai Shrimp Pizza, Taco Pizza, Royal Moroccan Pizza, South African Pizza and Greek Pizza.
