Mark your calendars for August 16th when the much-anticipated Little Grand Market at Thrive Companies Grandview Crossing opens its doors. This former landfill is being transformed into a vibrant community hotspot, set to be a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike.

April’s vendor lineup is alread causing a stir with its mothwatering selections from Common Rice, For the Love of Dough, Frascati Market, Gant’s Pizza, Just Chicken, Lan Viet, Los Agavez Taqueria, Pablo’s Havana Cafe, Seoul Food on the Go, and Taesty’s.

Joel Lilly, CFO of Thrive Companies, told 614Now, “Taesty’s was our very first vendor. I met with the owner a couple of years ago at Stauf’s, and he jumped at the opportunity. I’m thrilled he kept faith in this project and remains one of our valued vendors years later.”

And that’s not all—two bars will be serving up cocktails, wines, boozy slushies, local beers, and seltzers. Plus, Bada Bean Bada Booze is opening their third location here!

The market building itself is impressive, featuring a 3,500-square-foot space ready for a restaurant tenant, a second-floor event space with extra seating, and a cozy 1,800-square-foot retail space up for grabs.

If that isn’t enough to pique your interest, how about a farmers market every Saturday at 10 a.m.? It’s the perfect spot for your weekend shopping spree. Adjacent to the market will be a 3-acre park complete with a dog area and—drumroll, please—more pickleball courts.

Lilly shared his excitement about the project, saying, “I’m most looking forward to the second-floor event space, which will also serve as overflow seating for the market. It’ll be fascinating to see the demand it brings and how it complements the park view for a unique ambiance.”

But Grandview Crossing offers more than just shopping and dining. Around 660 residential units are move-in ready or under construction, with a total of 930 planned for this phase. These apartments offer a lifestyle with unique amenities, including easy access to The Little Grand Market.

And there’s more to come. Spanning approximately 60 acres, Grandview Crossing will continue to evolve with future phases already in development. Lilly noted, “This project is something unique for Thrive, and we’re eager to see how Columbus embraces it. Our goal is to attract residents looking for a vibrant community to call home in Grandview.”
