Anticipated new Cameron Mitchell restaurant announces opening date

When word got out last summer that Cameron Mitchell was opening yet another new restaurant, this time Downtown, the anticipation quickly grew around the city.

This new steakhouse, Butcher & Rose, is located at 155 E. Broad St., and the wait is (almost) over – the restaurant officially opens on July 6, according to their website. 

If you’re already hankering for King Crab Brûlée, Risotto topped with 24k gold leaves, fresh oysters, and Wagyu strip steak, their reservation options are already open.

Focusing on natural presentation and flavors, the new CMR concept plans to “surprise and delight with unexpected, modern presentations of traditional steakhouse favorites.”

A contemporary modern cocktail menu leaning into “nitrogen speed-chilled cocktails and elegant garnishes” will also be highlighted on their menu.
