Anticipated new smash burger bar from local pizzeria owners opening today

We know Joey and Jamie Sexton, the owner of Sexton’s Pizza, can make a pie, but how about their burgers? Well, you can find out today.

Sexton’s Burger Bar, the anticipated new spot from the Sexton brothers, will officially open its doors to the public today.

Located at 921 E. Johnstown Rd., the new concept will be open today from 4-9 p.m.

You may know the Sextons from their appearance on Dave Portnoy’s One Bite Pizza Reviews, where they received an 8.1–a score that tied them for the highest given out in the state of Ohio–but the new eatery will focus on smash burgers, hand-cut fries and soft serve.

And did we mention booze? As its name denotes, Sexton’s Burger Bar will offer a variety of alcoholic drinks as well.
