A longstanding Columbus-area eatery has been replaced by a brand new spot for pizza, pasta and more.

According to a statement posted to its Facebook page by owner Eric Mason, Pappy’s on 79, an eatery located at 1122 Hebron Rd. in Heath, closed last month. According to Mason’s statement, his catering company, Catering by the Grill, will expand in its absence.
