A popular Columbus-area pizza spot is hitting the road, and pizza enthusiasts couldn’t be happier.

Tyler’s Pizzeria & Bakery, which was ranked the 17th best pizza place in the country by Yelp in 2023, has unveiled a brand new “mobile pizza oven” that it plans to roll out starting this week.

According to a social media post, the new oven-on-wheels, which was created by Bread Stone Ovens Company, was tested among friends and family last weekend, and will be ready for action during the Reynoldsburg Farmers Market, which will be held on June 6 in Huber Park.

Tyler’s, which embraces the “slow food” movement (leaning into handmade doughs and giving baked goods the time they need to fully develop their best flavors), opts for a wood-fired oven with their pizza and baked goods, which makes their new mobile oven particularly unique.

The concept’s brick and mortar restaurant, which also functions as a bakery, is located at 7516 E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg.
