A Downtown spot for coffee, crepes, fast-casual breakfast sandwiches, and BLTs, is saying goodbye.

Bonjour Cafe, which opened at 330 S. High St. in December of 2020, has confirmed that they’re closed, but that their other location in Polaris Mall is still up and running, serving delicious coffee and their famous crepes.

According to city permits, a new cafe is already on the way, called Urban Coffee Shop. The owner told 614Now that it will serve European-style drinks, plus coffee-based drinks reminiscent of what you’d find at a Starbucks. They’re also planning on serving American and Meditteranean breakfast and lunch fare, with vegetarian options included.

Urban Coffee Shop is projected to open by the end of April. The space boasts a beautiful outdoor patio in a historic section of Downtown Columbus.
