Food festival dedicated entirely to bao–featuring Ray Ray’s and more–coming to Columbus

Jack McLaughlin

We see plenty of bao in your future, Columbus.

The steamed & smoked edition of Bao Down Columbus–a festival aiming to “[highlight] the influence of bao in different cultures”–will be held July 22 at Seventh Son Brewing Co.

The event will have two sessions, each one featuring popular Columbus restaurants and food trucks squaring off against one another to create the best steamed and smoked bao offerings. The first session will run from 5-6:45 p.m., and the second will run from 7-9:45 p.m.
