Later this month, a Columbus chef will be entering the Chopped kitchen.

According to the Food Network’s website, the episode is titled “Claws Out!” The actual ingredients involved, however, will remain a mystery until the episode airs.

“Not only was being selected for Chopped a professional accolade, but it was also a deeply personal and transformative experience. I loved the opportunity to push boundaries, embrace the unexpected and compete against other very talented chefs. It was a great opportunity to learn, grow and share my culinary journey with a global audience,” Orsburn told 614Now. “The responsibility that comes with being selected is a source of pride, it encourages me to push the limits to deliver my best performance and contribute to the rich history of culinary creativity that is the show.”
