Here’s when Cameron Mitchell Restaurants new Downtown steakhouse will open

Before the end of the summer, we’ll be able to enjoy Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ (CMR) newest steakhouse concept, Butcher & Rose.

According to a press release from CMR, Butcher & Rose will open its doors to the public this July, although an exact date has not been announced. The steakhouse is located at 155 E. Broad St., on the ground floor of the Preston Center in Downtown Columbus.

Focusing on natural presentation and flavors, the new CMR concept plans to serve everything from “Italian Piedmontese to USDA Prime dry-aged and Australian or Japanese Wagyu,” in addition to handmade pasta, salads, shellfish towers and more.

A contemporary modern cocktail menu leaning into “nitrogen speed-chilled cocktails and elegant garnishes” will also be served.

Butcher & Rose is looking to find staff members, and opened a hiring office at 155 E. Broad St., STE 302 yesterday.
