High-end steakhouse chain opening first Columbus restaurant this month

Capital Grille is launching its first-ever Columbus eatery this month.

According to a press release from the steakhouse chain, Capital Grille will hold its grand opening on July 28. 

The restaurant is located at 1827 Olentangy River Rd.

Known for “expertly-prepared steaks,” Capital Grille also excels at dry-aging its cuts, noting that many steaks are aged 18-24 days by the eatery’s in-house butcher.

Their signature menu items include: Dry Aged Bone-in NY Strip with Shallot Butter and Sliced Filet Mignon with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms and Fig Essence.

“I am excited about bringing The Capital Grille’s culture to Columbus and becoming a part of this vibrant community,” managing partner Joffrey Reece, who will oversee the Columbus location, said in a press release.
