Iconic Columbus diner will be on Guy Fieri’s ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’

The list of Columbus eateries featured on Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” continues to grow.

Just weeks after both Katalina’s and King Gyros Greek Restaurant appeared on the Mayor of Flavortown’s hit Food Network show, another long-standing Columbus eatery announced it will be featured later this week.

“We put the Diner in ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.’ NEXT FRIDAY 9/20. You’ll want to tune into @foodnetwork. Just trust us,” Tommy’s wrote in a social media post over the weekend.

Titled “Coast to Coast Comfort,” season 49, episode 11 of “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” will air at 9 p.m. on September 20. According to an episode description on IMDb.com, Fieri—a self-proclaimed lasagna enthusiast—will be sampling Tommy’s “Greek-style lasagna.”

Tommy’s Diner, which is located at 914 W. Broad St. in Franklinton, has been serving classic diner fare from a retro interior since 1989.
